滚筒线专用顶升平移机（QJDY80）
 

一、 产品概况：
   本机用于滚筒流水线内工件作90度输出，输送介质采用4/2”双节距大滚子链，电
   动驱动，升降采用剪刀式顶升机构。
二、 主要机构：
   由”2”双节距大滚子链n排(排数由用户定)，机架，剪刀式顶升机构，顶升吒
   缸，驱动电机等组成，输送介质可由用户定.
三、 动作原理：
   当工件由滚筒线输送到本机上方时，顶升机构开始上升托起工件，待顶升到位全，
   起动电机，滚子链运动，把工件从滚筒线的90度方向输出.
四、 技术参数：
  ■移动线速度V=10m/min；
  •顶升行程S=40mm(由用户提供)
  •电机 N380V 120W 50HZ；
  •HLB尺寸由用户定

 3. the principle of action:
   When the workpiece is transported from the drum line to the top of the machine,
   the lifting mechanism begins to lift the workpiece, to be fully lifted, to start the
   motor and roller chain motion, and to output the workpiece from the 90 degree
   direction of the roller line.
